A list of books with reviews

Books I like

I’m always on a hunt. Not all books are great, though. The natural health market is growing fast, and tons of  resources are published every year. Finding truly helpful information is an art, and so I’m including my stack of books here to help you wade through the onslaught of information. Hope you find something fun!

Books reveal my bent. I think that’s useful. Not everyone wants to divulge their bias. In the interest of not being vague or mysterious and wanting to bring educational resources to you, I’m going to create a library of book reviews.

I will gradually add reviews for each book, and these titles will become links. If there’s no review post to go with the title, wait a while. I’ll get to it. My specific goals in reviewing the books I have read will be to highlight what was helpful to me personally, and why it is helpful as a reference for learning how to manage your own health.
