90-DAY PROTOCOL

Best option. Includes The Nourished Journey. It takes 90 days to establish better health, begin to change lifestyle habits, and make adjustments to get you set up on a new trajectory. Learn how to take control of your health. 

Includes bloodwork, one 60 min initial appointment and three 30 min follow-up appointments. 

You will also get access to the Nourished Journey self-paced coursework for a foundational education. 

Bloodwork & Protocol Only 

Run a blood panel through me and go over the results.

Includes bloodwork panel and two sessions: Initial protocol and one follow-up appt. 

If you just need a tune up and you want some support, this might be the best option. 

Nourished Journey not included. 

Quickie Protocol

A low-cost way to get started.

Use bloodwork you already have (last 3 months) and create a baseline starting point. 

Two sessions. 

This is accessible, but not ideal. Bloodwork may not include important markers and you won’t get a lot of support this way. 

Nourished Journey Course not included. 

60 Min CONSULTATION

A one-off appointment to talk about whatever you want!

Go over bloodwork you already have. Get my opinion or thoughts about other tests. Talk through a problem-solving issue you’re having. Discuss anything you would like to work on and create a plan together. No commitment. Just fun. 

You can always book single sessions with me for 30 minutes or 1 hour. 

How I Work

STEP 1: Intake

  • Set up your appointment. 
  • I will contact you and send you  intake forms. 
  • You fill them out, save them, and send them back to me. 
  • If you have ordered bloodwork, I will send you the requisition to take to Labcorp. 

STEP 2: Initial appointment

  • Our initial appointment is an hour long. I listen. I will ask you a lot of questions as we try to get as close to your root cause as possible. 
  • I create a protocol for you that will include both diet and lifestyle interventions. 
  • You’ll receive a written protocol sheet after we get off the call. 
  • I’ll explain the support I can offer via email and follow-up appointments. 
  • The one-off consultation ends here. 

STEP 3: Follow-up appointment to make adjustments.

  • Encouragement, accountability, and goal-setting. You’ll be surprised … it goes a LONG way! 
  • Things comes up. Things change. You need more information. It’s like sailing a boat. There’s a need to stay on course, and it’s very difficult to do this alone! 
  • With the Quickie Protocol and the Bloodwork & Protocol plans, this is where it ends. We’ll discuss what’s next if you would like to schedule a check-in later. 

STEP 4: Check-in to assess needs going forward.

  • This level of support is ongoing either through the 90-Day Protocol or by you simply coming back when you need support. 
  • The missing piece in healthcare could be nutrition education and coaching around lifestyle changes. It’s estimated that 85% of our health issues could be rooted in diet and lifestyle.
